Refund Policy

1. Before Issuance
If you cancel before your reservation is issued, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.
2. After Issuance
Once a reservation has been generated and the PNR delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and the fee is non-refundable.
3. Service Failure
If we fail to deliver a verifiable reservation within the agreed timeframe, you may request a full refund or a free re-issue at your option.
4. Visa Refusals
Refunds will not be issued on the grounds of visa refusal — a reservation is one supporting document among many in your application.
5. How to Request a Refund
